President Yoweri Museveni has today received a special envoy from Britain, Mr. Simon Macdonald, who called on him at State House, Entebbe.

Mr. Macdonald is the Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Britain Mr. Gordon Brown.

Mr. Macdonald was accompanied to State House, Entebbe by the Assistant Private Secretary for Foreign Afairs and Defence in Britain Dr. Richard Freer as well as the British High Commissioner in Uganda Mr. Shearman.
