PRESIDENT MUSEVENI LAUNCHES JESUS' AFRICA BOOK, CHALLENGES YOUNG PEOPLE TO CONSOLIDATE CONTINENT'S VICTORY

President Yoweri Museveni has launched Jesus’ Africa, a book authored by the First Daughter, entrepreneur and evangelist, Patience Museveni Rwabwogo with a call for the young generation to use the exposure and build the capacity to consolidate the victory of Africa that was started by their ancestors and elders.

PRESIDENT MUSEVENI HOLDS CONSULTATIVE MEETING WITH UN RESIDENT COORDINATOR IN UGANDA

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni yesterday held a consultative meeting with the United Nations (UN) Resident Coordinator in Uganda, Ms. Susan Ngongi Namondo who called on him at State House- Entebbe.

Ms. Namondo was accompanied by a delegation who included the UNICEF Representative Munir Safieldin, the UNDP Resident Representative Elsie Attafuah, the UNHCR Representative Matthew Crentsil as well as Sharon Nyambe and Peter Mwamachi.

President Yoweri Museveni has said that Uganda is ready to work with the government of Algeria to develop her energy sector.

H.E Museveni on Thursday met a delegation from Algeria led by their Minister of Energy and Mines Mr. Mohamed Arkab who called on him at State House Entebbe. These were in Uganda to follow up on the memorandum of understanding signed when President Museveni visited Algeria in March this year 2023.

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on Tuesday met the National Resistance Movement (NRM) youth leaders from Buganda sub-region under their movement - Buganda For Museveni (BM7) led by Ms. Hellen Seku.

The discussions held at State House Entebbe, focused on opportunities for the NRM party in Buganda and challenges that need urgent attention to further strengthen the party’s support in the sub-region.
