President Yoweri Museveni has received a Special Envoy of President Felix Tshisekedi  Tshilombo of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Gen. Celestine Mbala Musense.

The meeting took place today in Kabale District where the President has been sensitizing wananchi on the wealth and job creation programme.

President Museveni and his guests deliberated on a number of issues including security and economic cooperation between the 2 neighbouring countries – DRC and Uganda.

The President and the visiting DRC delegation also agreed to continue dialoguing on the implementation on various issues between the two countries.
