STATE HOUSE, ENTEBBE: The ultimate solution for the political crisis in South Sudan is free and fair elections, President Museveni has said. 

“I congratulate all the parties in South Sudan for signing the Peace Agreement.  The real ultimate medicine for stability is elections,” President Museveni said. 

STATE HOUSE, ENTEBBE: President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has this afternoon bid farewell to the outgoing Ambassador of Germany to Uganda H.E Dr. Albrecht Conze who has concluded his three-year tour of duty in Uganda.

STATE HOUSE, ENTEBBE: President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has this afternoon met and held discussions with the Belgian Ambassador to Uganda, H.E Rudi Veestraeten and the Deputy Chief of Mission and the Chargé d'Affaires at the US Embassy Christopher Krafft.

President Museveni and his guests discussed areas of mutual interest between Uganda, Belgium and the United States of America focusing especially on the Education sector.

MBALALA, MUKONO: In face of the Covid-19 pandemic, Ugandans and Africans in general must wake up and exploit their potential to create an industrialised economy, President Museveni has said. 

The President made the call today (Tuesday) while commissioning two mask production lines of LIDA Packaging Ltd in Mbalala Industrial Park, Mukono District. 

KIMAKA, JINJA: President Museveni has said that for society to transform from an undeveloped to a developed one, leaders must focus on studying ideology, strategy and the tactics that they can use to change it. 

The President was yesterday delivering a lecture to senior military officers at the Senior Staff and Command College, Kimaka in Jinja.

KIMAKA, JINJA: President Museveni has commended the Indian government and its nationals for its continued cooperation and support to Uganda, especially on the economic front. 

The President made the commendation today as he inaugurated the War Game Centre at the Senior Command and Staff College, Kimaka in Jinja.

Justice Bart Magunda Katureebe, the Vice Chairman of the National Resistance Movement, Hajji Moses Kigongo and the Woman Member of Parliament for Dokolo Hon. Cecilia Atim Ogwal.

KILEMBE, KASESE:  President Yoweri Museveni has said leaders must agree on the way forward on the issue of floods in Kasese without cheap politics or deceiving people but using facts to find a solution.

VIDEO CONFERENCE, ENTEBBE: President Yoweri Museveni has emphasized the need to discuss in detail the testing of truck drivers and suggested that joint medical teams test the drivers from where they start their journeys and at designated stops.
